Ms. Syed is the co-owner and President of MMA Engineering Solutions. Sadiya has over 12 years of experience in Software development for various industries. Her background encompasses various roles including software development, quality/testing and team lead, providing her with a wealth of experience and proficiency in the field.

At MMA Engineering Ms. Syed brings in her software development knowledge to oversee the development of system architecture, software features including algorithms, data gathering and user interface for HVAC Fault Detection and Diagnostics software. Sadiya is well versed with Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodology.

Mr. Ali is the co-owner and Director of MMA Engineering Solutions. Mr. Ali has over 16 years of technical knowledge and proficiency through his experiences as a professional mechanical engineer, commissioning agent, and certified energy manager.

As a consultant Mr. Ali has extensive experience in all market sectors with specific focus on MEP systems design, and commissioning and validation of GMP and non-GMP systems. Other areas of expertise include energy management/modeling, and project management. Prior to consulting he worked on the client’s side as lead HVAC engineer where he gained substantial field experience in the delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and controls systems.

Ryan graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer (WI). He also earned a certificate in Project Management from Northwestern University and is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP). He has leveraged his passion for engineering design, construction, and specialized manufacturing as well as his proficiency with ISO 14644 to focus his career designing and executing cleanroom projects of increasing magnitude and complexity.

Ryan spent 13 years working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, leading the execution of multiple brownfield and greenfield cleanroom expansion projects (ISO 3-8), leading remediation programs, providing troubleshooting support, and authoring global standards.

Murtuza is a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in building cloud scale applications, specializing in AI Infrastructure, Backend development in AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI. He is a Principal engineer at Oracle where he leads Data Science projects from design to implementation supporting Oracle’s rapid growth in Generative AI applications. He also has extensive experience in IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and has led his team deliver software used by millions of users. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Mississippi.
